01 / Materials

What we
process.

We specialise — deeply — in two post-consumer streams. Everything that enters the facility is sorted, and reduced into a single clean output spec. Click between them.

Stream 01 · Polyethylene Terephthalate ◐ 01

PET, clear & cast

Post-consumer PET bottles — mineral water, soft drinks, juice — collected from collection center and waste-bank partners across Lombok and the wider NTB archipelago. Caps and labels removed mechanically; output is-PET Bale ready for send to the next Manufactur and bottle-to-bottle applications.

Stream 02 · Polypropylene Cup ◐ 02

PP, cup-grade

Single-use PP cups from the F&B sector — boba, iced coffee, dairy and dessert. A notoriously difficult stream we built a dedicated line for: friction wash, sink-float separation.

02 / Process

Four steps,
end‑to‑end.

Every batch we ship has been collected, sorted, processed and send under a single roof. Closed-loop water; manual + conveyor sorting; every kilogram traceable to its source partner.

01 / Collect

 Take (sourc).

 Our journey begins across the grassroots supply chain of West Nusa Tenggara. We coordinate logistics and tap into localized waste networks, sourcing raw post-consumer PET and PP materials. Every incoming load is manually weighed, logged.

02 / Sort

Sort.

Quality management is executed through a structured, conveyor-assisted sorting line. Our experienced team manages a steady daily throughput of 2.5 tons, meticulously categorizing materials by polymer type and color. This hands-on process utilizes a dedicated workforce to ensure that the raw plastic is correctly segregated and prepared for downstream processing.

03 / Press / wash

Process.

After sorting, materials advance to specialized processing lines. PET bottles are systematically directed to our heavy-duty pressing and baling system, while PP cups undergo an efficient crushing process. Both lines integrate mechanical washing to thoroughly remove standard residues and contaminants.

04 / Settlement

Send 

In the final stage, our commercial-ready outputs are verified and packed into secure jumbo bags. We regularly dispatch compact PET bales and crushed PP regrinds in equal focus, supplying domestic recycling markets and regional manufacturing partners with consistent, high-quality feedstock

Founded in Lombok in 2005 by a small team from the packaging and waste-management industries. We are deliberately narrow — two polymers, processed at the highest spec we can credibly hold.

We see discarded plastic not as waste
but as feedstock mis‑placed — material the world has already paid for, waiting to be circulated back.
